반려닝겐은 사용자가 허용한 건강 정보와 직접 입력한 생활 기록을 바탕으로 일일 판정, 미션, 보고서와 캐릭터 반응을 제공하는 라이프스타일 앱입니다. 의료기기 또는 의료 서비스가 아니며 진단, 치료나 전문적인 의학적 조언을 제공하지 않습니다.
2. 이용자의 책임
건강상 우려가 있거나 응급 상황인 경우 앱의 판정에 의존하지 말고 의료 전문가 또는 지역 응급 서비스에 문의해야 합니다. 사용자는 자신의 기기와 Apple 계정을 적절히 관리해야 합니다.
3. 무료 기능과 평생 담당권
핵심 일일 판정은 무료입니다. 평생 담당권은 App Store 인앱결제로 판매되는 비소모성 일회성 구매이며, 표시 가격은 국가와 Apple 계정에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 구매 복원은 동일한 Apple 계정으로 제공됩니다. 결제, 환불과 구매 처리는 Apple의 정책을 따릅니다.
4. 데이터와 권한
HealthKit 접근과 알림은 선택 사항이며 iPhone 설정에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다. 데이터 처리에 관한 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
5. 지식재산권
앱, 담당묘 캐릭터, 명칭, 글, 디자인과 제공 콘텐츠의 권리는 beside Co. 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 개인적인 앱 사용과 공유 기능이 허용하는 범위를 넘어 복제, 재판매 또는 오용할 수 없습니다.
6. 변경과 제공 중단
안전, 법령, 운영 또는 제품 개선을 위해 기능과 약관이 변경될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신해 안내합니다.

1. Service
Companion Human is a lifestyle app that uses permitted Health information and user-entered records to create daily verdicts, missions, reports and character reactions. It is not a medical device or medical service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or professional medical advice.
2. Your responsibility
Do not rely on an app verdict for a health concern or emergency. Contact a qualified health professional or local emergency service. You are responsible for appropriately securing your device and Apple Account.
3. Free features and lifetime access
The core daily verdict is free. Lifetime access is a non-consumable, one-time App Store in-app purchase. The displayed price may vary by country and Apple Account. Restore Purchase is available with the same Apple Account. Apple policies govern billing, refunds and purchase processing.
4. Data and permissions
HealthKit and notification access are optional and can be revoked in iPhone Settings. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The app, caretaker character, names, copy, designs and content belong to beside Co. or their rightful owners. You may not reproduce, resell or misuse them beyond personal app use and the sharing features provided.
6. Changes and availability
Features and these terms may change for safety, legal, operational or product reasons. Material changes are identified by updating the effective date on this page.

伴侶ニンゲンは、許可された健康情報とユーザー入力の生活記録から、毎日の判定、ミッション、レポート、キャラクター反応を作るライフスタイルアプリです。医療機器・医療サービスではなく、診断、治療、専門的な医療助言を提供しません。
2. ユーザーの責任
健康上の不安や緊急時にアプリの判定へ依存せず、医療専門家または地域の緊急サービスへ連絡してください。端末とApple Accountは適切に管理してください。
3. 無料機能と生涯アクセス
毎日の基本判定は無料です。生涯アクセスはApp Storeの非消耗型・一度きりのアプリ内購入です。表示価格は国やApple Accountによって異なる場合があります。同じApple Accountで購入を復元できます。決済、返金、購入処理にはAppleのポリシーが適用されます。
4. データと権限
HealthKitと通知の権限は任意で、iPhoneの設定からいつでも取り消せます。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
5. 知的財産
アプリ、担当猫キャラクター、名称、文章、デザイン、コンテンツの権利はbeside Co.または正当な権利者に帰属します。個人的な利用と提供された共有機能の範囲を超えて複製、再販売、悪用できません。
6. 変更と提供
安全、法令、運営、製品改善のため機能と規約を変更する場合があります。重要な変更はこのページの施行日を更新して案内します。
